What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) healing practice that helps restore balance and calm to your mind, body, and spirit.
It works with your body's natural energy to release tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.
You simply lie down fully clothed while I place my hands lightly on or above different areas of your body, allowing healing energy to flow where it's needed most.
Many people describe feeling warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of peace during a session.
Think of it as a reset button for your whole system.
